Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn, unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately at azyrashopatl@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Item
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Intimates or bodysuits
- Beauty or personal care products
- Items on final sale
- Gift cards
We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about an item, contact us at azyrashopatl@gmail.com before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
